SIMA Hires Membership Director
The Surf Industry Manufacturers Association (SIMA) has hired Travis Wilkerson to serve as membership director.
Having many years and a variety of experience in the surf industry, Wilkerson brings a great understanding of the industry and membership needs to SIMA. Wilkerson began his career in the surf industry more than 10 years ago at Jack's Surfboards in both Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, Calif. During his tenure at Jack's, Wilkerson worked in a variety of capacities from manager, to hardgoods buyer, to the operations department and spearheading promotions for the store and surf team during the U.S. Open of Surfing each year.
